  5. Réaliser le crémeux de citrons :
    Porter à ébullition le jus de deux citrons et le beurre
    Blanchir le sucre avec les œufs puis y ajouter le mélange jus de citrons/beurre
    Remettre sur le feu et laisser épaissir rapidement sans faire bouillir
  6. Finition de la tarte :
    Verser le crémeux de citrons sur le fond de tarte et réserver au frais pendant 1h minimum
    Déposer les trois rondelles de citron sur la tarte et la napper avec un sirop de nappage
